The assistants are very RUDE!! I know it’s in the Marietta area, but just because you have to get what’s available in that area, doesn’t mean you should have to deal with it.(personnel wise) on top of that, when they send a completely different brand/type out to you that you cannot take, there’s no compassion for it to be switched, swapped or even the consideration on your next order being correct. The pharmacy closes at 4:30pm. I came at 4:20 to ask for a refill on my medicine and was asked if I called it in. I said no I didn’t know I was suppose to. I said well it’s not 4:30 yet and his reply was “ it’s not fast food”. I understand that you work at a behavioral health facility but you should still be expected to show the same level of professionalism.
Marlin and the pharmacy manager are fantastic. This pharmacy is able to get my special medication where many other pharmacies can’t. Been using this pharmacy for 12 years
