I think their great for the most part. Each person I've worked with on phone or in person are helpful and respect my issues (severely hard of hearing) and are patient when I need to use captioning. My only issue, is that there aren't any weekend hours, so by my fault, I can run out for a day or 2. Other issues, (not them... but some medications shortages) which have made me go elsewhere temporarily, but I go back when they have in stocks. These people are horrible. They accuse me of something I didn't even do. I keep asking them what did I do. And they didn't give me an answer. I was trying to get my medicine delivered. The factors of you can't answer my question which means to me that you're a liar. If you can don't deal with these people. They're not very nice people. If you could switch pharmacies. There were getting tough with me over the phone. That's an act of real coward. How come you don't get tough with me in my face.
