I've had plenty of unprofessional calls with Genoa but today was over the line. I'm tired of reminding professionals to do things or having to call multiple times and basically be gaslit into thinking I did something wrong. Just unprofessional behavior and attitude from the tech and manager when I'm just trying to get my dang prescription. Just help a brother out. You don't have to make it awkward and hard for everyone. You have the power to either be the solution or drag everything out and make me call another office again.
Horrible pharmacy they are extremely rude and also forgetful. I asked 2 days ago to refill 2vmedications. And when I went to go pick up 2 days later they did not have them filled this is twice this has happened I am very unsatisfied with this location and feel as though I should have stayed with CVS
