I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Genoa Healthcare. I was told that delivery services are available for elderly and disabled patients. I explained that I am a veteran rated 100% Permanent and Total disabled by the Department of Veterans Affairs, yet I was still told I did not qualify. What bothered me most was the lack of a clear explanation. this is one of the worst pharmacies ive ever been to. they make me wait twenty minutes to tell me theyll give me 3 out of 5 of my medications but not the other 2 because the orders were signed by a nurse in the hospital n not a doctor which is fair but makes no sense why theyd give me some n not the rest, so i get my doctor to write new orders n get them for delivery the next day, they deliver 1 of them n forget the other n tell me if i come in theyll give it to me, n then when i go in they tell me they wont because insuranc... read more
Very knowledgeable, reliable, empathetic, and friendly. They are always willing to work with my doctors and my insurance. They never miss a refill. I will never go to a CVS/Drugmart/Walgreens again!
