I have gotten my meds filled there for several years & for the most part things went smoothly. Here within the last several months that has drastically changed! I have told them numerous times they can not request a refill for one of my scripts b/c my Dr has made it mandatory that I call. However the technicians @ genewa still refuse to understand that so it has thrown my packets off. Great service. I am unable to drive and I have my medicine delivered. Always receive my medicine same day doctor calls in scripts. Courteous and caring staff .
Always friendly and responsive to needs.
These are the most unprofessional non caring people I have ever had to deal with as far as my meds go! I do not recommend!
