I absolutely love the team here ! They are so accommodating!
I had my first experience with them today. I was nervous from switching from the South Bend campus to the Elkhart campus. I found out that my new nurse practitioner is very professional and I liked the way that she considered my feelings and things. The facility itself made me feel very at home and welcome. The pharmacy however slam the door in my face and refused to fill prescriptions that the doctor had just written, based on something that should not have even mattered and I was still able to get those prescriptions fille... read more
I have gotten my meds filled there for several years & for the most part things went smoothly. Here within the last several months that has drastically changed! I have told them numerous times they can not request a refill for one of my scripts b/c my Dr has made it mandatory that I call. However the technicians @ genewa still refuse to understand that so it has thrown my packets off. Great service. I am unable to drive and I have my medicine delivered. Always receive my medicine same day doctor calls in scripts. Courteous and caring staff .
