So, let me tell you about Genoa Pharmacy. I've been a customer since 2020. In that time I've experienced some truly awful service. On 3 occasions, they've given me the wrong medications. They've given me short-improperly counted prescriptions, multiple times. I was just there today and they issued me a prescription that is 1 dose short. When hurricane Milton struck, I had a medication refill for Thursday, October 10, 2024. I began calling them on Tuesday, October 8 and no one answered.
