So, let me tell you about Genoa Pharmacy. I've been a customer since 2020. In that time I've experienced some truly awful service. On 3 occasions, they've given me the wrong medications. They've given me short-improperly counted prescriptions, multiple times. I was just there today and they issued me a prescription that is 1 dose short. When hurricane Milton struck, I had a medication refill for Thursday, October 10, 2024. I began calling them on Tuesday, October 8 and no one answered. This pharmacy doesn’t give a care in the world about customers. Considering this is the Lifestreams pharmacy they should know exactly how important some of those medications are for certain people. Today, I drove 45mins away to pick up a loved one’s medicine. I called ahead of time & spoke to a woman on the phone she told me they where closing soon & I responded with “I’ll be there in 33mins” she said “Okay, I’ll be here” I get there at 4:23pm & the door was locked.
