Geno provided excellent communication via phone, text and email throughout the entire loan process. Geno also help us work through various challenges with gathering FHA loan requirements, dealing with seller's F.C. Tucker agent and he attended the closing to make sure all questions, concerns and transactions were completed.
Geno Eacret, Ruoff Mortgage, was able to make it possible for me to get my dream home. He made sure to go over everything and all that would need to be explained. If I had questions he would explain in a way that made it clear to me. He was in constant communication with me regarding the papers needed and any questions he or I had.
