Very disappointed with State Farm. They withdrew money from my account without my permission and charged me more than what we had agreed to. It took two months to get my money back. The refund process was very frustrating, and I had to make multiple calls and follow-ups to get my money returned. Their customer service was not helpful, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them for a resolution. I am glad I finally received my money back, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with Allison about a new quote for my car insurance.
