I wasn't impressed when I visited this facility, it needs a lot of updates & the yard is a wreck with lots of weeds. Lucilla is nice, but Nora wasn't very friendly I dont think they have enough caregivers per ratio of clients dont think my parent would get the attention they need. I observed some clients just out of it & left alone. I dont think enough staff to keep clients occupied. Genney's is the best facility in all the area!! I've taken my mother to other facilities and she has bad experiences from staff but here at Genney's she called it her home during my last visit! Thank you PACE for recommending this place, I'm forever grateful!
