Completed settlement on my property February 13, 2026. I and my wife have contacted this company several times to get our money after the final bills were paid. This company owes us $500 and have yet to return our money. Every time we call the guy has an excuse. He was on a family vacation. Then he had a family emergency. The check is going out today, you will have it by the end of the week. Next week comes and the excuse is it went out Tuesday or Wednesday instead of Monday as stated.
