Never had a bad meal at Gennaro's. Have been going there for years and always look forward to trying new dishes. Never have room for their fantastic home made pastry desserts, but that doesn't prevent me from taking a dessert to go which I'll enjoy the next day.

I happened into Gennaro's around 1991, and was blown away by the "North End right here in Quincy" food and family atmosphere, evident right from the cherubic, glowing face of its owner and proprietor Gerry Gennaro; a more loving proponent of good food and good company you will never find. It was my first time there on Friday and it was delicious our waitress was great got dessert to go which was to die for can't wait to go again
