Over the past year after having Gennari install 6 mini splitters throughout our house, we had several service calls to address varies concerns. All handled under warranty. Now over the summer Gennari hired one of the BEST technicians ever. Roger is extremely knowledgable in heating, air conditioning and plumbing. He is a perfectionist in all the work he does. Gennari hit the jack pot hiring him. Thank you.
They basically abandoned their long term customers by not servicing equipment they installed or doing maintenance, especially if it happened to be off hours. Management was very difficult to deal with before all this happened.
