My experience with the Dr. was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, he did not take the time to fully listen to my concerns and almost immediately stated that he was going to perform a nasal rinse. He presented this as a simple step to clean my sinuses in order to perform an initial exam, but he did not properly explain what he was doing or obtain my explicit informed consent, although I did reluctantly allow it. This doctor is the worst at communicating with his patients. He sits there typing away on his lap top never looking up to speak to me directly and doesn’t answer my questions regarding my nasal issues. He’s the worst doctor I have encountered and will NEVER go back to see him.

As a new patient of Dr. Vengerovich, I am so blessed to have found such a knowledgeable and caring Dr!! Walking in very scared after being in the hospital overnight, Dr V. was extremely compassionate, patient and knowledgeable while gaining information on my issues, reviewing all my records, asking questions, providing hearing tests and reviewing all hospital notes. Received a call to confirm my appointment and to let me know there will be a $ 75 copay, and MD will charge extra to look into my throat or do a hearing test and will range anywhere $ 190 to $ 390 extra per test. I suppose a $500 specialty MD fee from insurance is not enough and a copay? It's like going to a dermatologist and getting charged extra to look at the skin. Pure greed. 2 stars for making me aware of the fees before the appointment.
