the women who work at the front desk are incompetent, condescending, lack empathy and are scammers who only care about draining you of every cent. i had a mandatory post op follow up appointment that was covered by my insurance. the evening before my appointment, i received a call stating that i would have to pay $1,300 for the visit. she kept repeating that she had to collect at least a partial balance from my hospital visit + $1,000 to have both nostrils flushed. she didnt listen to anything i had to say or even try to und... read more
My experience with the Dr. was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, he did not take the time to fully listen to my concerns and almost immediately stated that he was going to perform a nasal rinse. He presented this as a simple step to clean my sinuses in order to perform an initial exam, but he did not properly explain what he was doing or obtain my explicit informed consent, although I did reluctantly allow it. This doctor is the worst at communicating with his patients. He sits there typing away on his lap top never looking up to speak to me directly and doesn’t answer my questions regarding my nasal issues. He’s the worst doctor I have encountered and will NEVER go back to see him.

Walking in very scared after being in the hospital overnight, Dr V. was extremely compassionate, patient and knowledgeable while gaining information on my issues, reviewing all my records, asking questions, providing hearing tests and reviewing all hospital notes.
