Extensive menu. Fast and food-safe delivery of your order via their online system. (They don't have the old conveyor belts at this location.) The ahi poke nigiri sushi is usually good but recently the nori wrapper has been rubbery instead of crisp; made too far in advance? I love genki and the staff is super amazing-the only reason for 3 stars is because the AC is broken and it’s hot inside the restaurant with no fans, it’s like a sauna… please fix the air conditioning

Genki is not what it used to be. Scan QR code to join waitlist. Once table was ready and got in the restaurant, at least 5 employees passed by and said someone will be right with you. Not like were doing anything else. Are they all busboys? I don't like that you must use your phone to order now. No tablets anymore. They don't even serve you and still demand tip.
