Took my iPad Air in for repair of a cracked screen and received it back the next day! Though there were two things I didn't like. 1- the new screen they put on had white boxes all over it at certain viewing angles. I asked about it and the guy assured me it was just the digitizer and a new iPad would have the same outcome. Well I went to WalMart shortly after and purchased one and it doesn't. 2- my home button on the repaired iPad was sunken it. It didn't feel right. Eric and the rest of the team at Genius Phone Repair win my vote for the best customer service in Michiana. They are friendly, fast and more than fair. It just makes me smile to know we have this gem of a company here in our hometown! Oh, and when they recommend the tempered glass screen protector, buy it! My teenage son slipped while hiking (holding my phone), and my phone landed face down on a rock (still in his hand), and the screen didn't crack! So stop by and do some preventative maintenance. You'll be SO glad you did!
