Deserve a minus in stars! Stay away from this company, they will overcharge you and are unprofessional plus they want to charge you before they even go out to do the work. Don’t trust what they tell you call someone else or you will regret it, we certainly do and thankfully we didn’t fall for all the equipment they wanted to sell us. Mr. Motte is rude too.

Genius Designs Review Unprofessional Services Had owner set appointment based upon his timing for 9AM, never called before appointment only 35 minutes after appointment to cancel appointment; not to reset appointment. Had a 1.5 hour drive to get to appointment and no consideration from owner on my time. Did not even try to come later as light rain stopped him. Breach of Contract and Fraudulent Misrepresentation - I requested 4MP Cameras which was added to the contract but 2MP Cameras model number (Ali-ts4112r) were installed. I did not want 2MP cameras.
