Phew, where do I start with how amazing this place is?.. My application process was one of the most trouble free experiences I’ve had ! Ms.Kia and Ms.Sheila helped me and the roommate I had tremendously throughout the whole process and I thank them both so much.. they are not like any other place I’ve dealt with.. they work fast and hard on all residents applications and any issues we may have .. they don’t just treat you as a resident but they treat you like family and want to make sure you feel welcomed to your new home. Great place to live!!!!! Maintenance man Kevin is an amazing and can fix anything. Assistant manager Kia is perfect and is always a listening ear
I think very, very, highly of Ms. Kia. Anytime I need help with anything she does not complain. I can count on Ms Kia to help me with anything from getting me into the website to helping and talking to me about personal issues. I love Ms. Kia and she does deserve 5 stars. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Way to go Ms. Kia.
Talk about a great community! This place instantly felt like home. The management team has the best personality, are always eager to talk, and make you feel welcomed. I’ve worked personally with Kia and she is incredible. She made my move in process effortless, not to mention the events she host at the clubhouse for the residents are always a good time. If you wanted a comforting and inviting place to stay this is the place.
Love being here, great staff people and it's a wonderful place to live
