Went in this morning and was greeted by Erica one of the Bank reps., she has a pleasant personality and smile, and was very helpful to connect me with Valerie to help with some paperwork for transferring and notarizing. I haven’t yet had a bad experience at this branch. Keep up the good work. ❤️
Garbage branch that refuses to help you at all even if you're a business owner. Screw this branch and the people who work here.
Recently did a loan. Worst experience during and after. We like our direct mortgage person but the reps, website to pay on and customer service are terrible. I would refi and pay closing costs again to get away from them if rates were not so high.
