I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it. I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. Her name is JYNAH LASH. I was here for over two hours and she was an incredible incredible lady. I could not get over the difference in my two credit unions.
