I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it. I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. I have my savings account, credit card account and checking account here, and it has been a happy, easy and convenient banking experience for me. Opening my checking account was a breeze.
