This place sucks
They need to get trucks out faster, waiting hours too get loaded for 5 pallets is unreal and makes me late for my other stops , I cringe when I see this place on my route
The Baltic plant is by far the worst one to work at. Understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated. Got let go because I was using the restroom since I have gallbladder issues. Floor leads are drunk douche bags and have drinking parties why on shifts. Place is a complete mess.
