I've dealt with many companies and contractors and 'Genie Heating and Air Conditioning' is the BEST EXAMPLE of what a 5 Star Rating is. It was Sunday morning and temps were already in the mid 80°and it was only 10am. My parents are both bedridden and are over 90yrs old. Their AC died and the temperature in their home quickly went to 87°. I Called several companies for an Emergency home visit to diagnose the problem. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. . He did an excellent job fixing the loud noises emanating from my furnace. Much appreciated.
My boiler doesn’t work properly this winter, got the help from an amazing technician Waseem, he is professional, friendly and willing to do extra work to make sure everything goes well, big shout out to him!!
