I went to get medium length French acrylics. The girl who was doing them must've been practicing on my nails because I've never had my nails done so horribly!!! They had to get someone else to try and fix them but she did a mediocre job as well, probably because instead of starting from scratch she tried to fix the disaster the other girl made. Used to be my go-to nail spot because it's closest near me. But after my last 2 experiences, I will no longer be coming here and they have lost my service. They are constantly trying to upsell and overcharge over my initial requested services, not respectful of customer's wishes and boundaries when you are working within a budget.
2 folds. So I went in for a fill in. Jenny did a wonderful job, but the next day one of my nails broke. I knew I was truely due for a soak last time instead of a fill in, so I wasn't too upset. When I returned to have Jenny fix my nail, she was off, so another worker offered to fix it. If this second individual (i didn't get her name) was my original technologist, this establishment would have never seen me again. Not even for a nail repair. She was atrocious in every way. **update I have toe nail fungus with these new people something I didn’t have when Shirlene was there. Ladies beware Shirlene and the girls no longer work here and I see the salon getting less and less customers came here for my usual fillin & gel pedi and it was a nightmare terrible I always tip this time I left unsatisfied and did not tip. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here will be finding a new salon.
