Absolutely horrible experience with Gengras Ford. Extremely dishonest dealership! I was unable to inspect the vehicle before signing the paperwork because they said it was still being cleaned. Before driving the car off the lot I noticed rust bubbling in several spots from the inside out (top & bottom) of the hood, a dent on the LR quarter panel & defective taillight (safety issue).
