Bought a used ford focus here that they got from an auction. The next day the transmission went and I almost got killed by a logging truck. They made me wait 8 hours in the lobby before I got my money back. They insisted that I contact ford and have it fixed on warranty. The only reason I took the time to write a bad review is because the mechanics and management knew that this car was a ticking time bomb. And they sold it to me anyway. It made sense why they looked at me like a leper when I bought it.
Amazing experience. Maikel was my salesman did an amazing job very informative about the vehicle I purchased. Carlos at the desk was awesome. Rami in finance made things quick and easy. No pressure at all great experience.
