The absolute worst in customer service @service. Left several messages for Kyle Watts over the course of three weeks and did not hear back once- but he was on vacation for a week according to his voicemail message - so I know his voicemail was working. Still no return phone call. I don’t know how anyone gets their car serviced at this location and even when I see the other reviews here online, you can tell there are very many who are dissatisfied with the service department there. Thank you to James my service advisor for making sure I was informed with the work need for my car and thank you to the tech who worked on my baby lol I got my car back in a quick time frame. Definitely would recommend James his professionalism and reassurance made me stress alot less.
