Food portions are good but customer service is terrible
I really liked the food but the customer service needs massive improvement!
Worst customer service ever. Younger woman with long black hair is very rude and obnoxious. Has no customer service skills and will serve you warm water with NO ICE and then refuse to give you a to go box for your remaining food. This was our favorite place to eat, but since this experience I have spread the word as much as I could about the poor service this woman has provided. The food is great but with service such as this, made the overall experience rate lower than a scale from 1-10.
