Check your receipt on your bank statement if you pay by credit card. Garland Firewheel location added $1.00 tip amount to my bill on last visit. From reading other reviews, this has happened before at this location. Food good, but can't trust what you are being billed!!!
Hours are wrong... Came in at 9p on a Sunday and the business wasn't open.
I tried to contact the corporate office concerning a problem with their rewards club not being honored at the Albuquerque location. Good luck. A crappy web page led to chasing around the internet to finally get their corporate number which even though stated they were open went straight to a voice mail. Apparently looking at these reviews this is not the first time a location chose not to honor coupons from corporate programs. Seriously screwed up company
Winston Salem, NC So the last time we came here we waited over an hour just for our food. Was here well over 2 hours and they were not busy . Today I showed a screenshot of an email I received about kids eat free Tuesday nights I don't have the original (since it's been a couple of weeks and I only keep so many emails at a time) but he wouldn't honor it ( was very rude) Then said he'd go call corporate and was maybe away from our table 2 minutes. Garland, TX - Firewheel Mall location. I won't be back until corporate spends the $22k needed to repair the AC unit that has been out since June and it's August. I live 10 minutes away from this location. I will band all Genghis grill locations on principle. I'm a paying customer and it's an insult to see the meats look unhealthy to eat from sitting in heat. The waitress said they lost 36 tables to walkouts on 08/05/17.
