My wife was late for the appointment for less than 15 minutes. All the paperwork was sent in advance and we also waited for more than a months for this appointment. Dr. Hann refused to meet her without any apparent reason other than being late for totally understandable 10-15 minutes in this traffic. She also haven’t told her this in person but rather communicated via email to receptionist. Bottom line from this behavior it seems dr. Summary: Dr. Hann is well intention, kind, and talented doctor. It’s easy to observe that she is a sweet person.There is opportunity for improved communication and execution when delivering tough news. All in all, I owe a great deal of gratitude to Dr. Hann and the Swedish team for early detection which saved my child's life. Word Choice: Dr. Hann uses the term “reassuring” in MyChart Messages. Dr. Hann is one of thos Doctors that were born to be a Doctor. Shes kind, understanding, very knowledgeable, and professional. She has always gone above and beyond for me. Anyone would be very lucky to have such a great Doctor!
