We booked an Alaskan cruise in 2015 with Terri and were so happy with her service. I usually plan our trips myself but decided to contact Terri again this year for our London-Scotland trip this June. The planning went so smoothly until the world stopped in March. Terri could not have been more helpful when we had to cancel. We've worked with Geneva Travel & Cruise on a couple occasions and specifically with Terri. Terri provides wonderful service from coming up with ideas that not only fit our interests and our budget but also wonderful service from the time of booking all the way until completion of the trip. I hadn't taken a vacation in 6 years and my son contacted Terri who planned out our complete trip to Disney World in Florida. From the moment we boarded the plane and stepped off and got to the resort it became our five-star vacation. Terri put together such a beautiful trip for us, one that my grandkids will never forget. Could not have had a better trip! The resort and location were absolutely beautiful! Already planning our next trip with them! Terri set everything up and made the process and easy as possible! Everything went so smooth and we never ran into a single problem. Highly recommended to anyone looking to book a vacation!

I would differently recommend Geneva Travel and Cruise. Terri was great planning our Disney world vacation. She answered all my questions. Quick response to emails and keeping us informed with all the details when getting close to leaving for our trip. She was kind to send a surprise basket to our resort room. My two boys were so excited when then saw it. We will be planning our future trips will her again.
