My daughter lived here for a year. She and her roommate took care of the place and cleaned it really well before leaving the apartment. They couldn't even get half of their security deposit back because the management company charged them high fees for minor things, leaving an item under the bathroom sink that was documented as there when they moved in, over $1200 to repaint when they even put putty in the minor nail holes in the walls and there was no other damage. $120 for a couple of vertical blind slats that had fallen o... read more
when i first moved in i expected a pool only to find out afterwards for it to be unusable. when trying to get things previously damaged before move in fixed they tried to charge me for it (severe water damage under kitchen sink, which they just slapped some plywood on top of. and something stuck in the disposal). also there being water damage in several of the drawers, water damage under the bathroom sink, missing/damaged blind slats, the lazy susan missing an entire shelf section making it unusable, etc. loud neighbors cons... read more

(SOMETHING TO CONSIDER)At the beginning it was a was a blessing I was there from 2019 to the winter of 2025 if you want to place that does not take your concerns into consideration drug infested fly (insects) coming through the vents mentally and physically draining, adults verbally assaulting children ; neighbors more like lynch mobs; gaslighting management; lack of protection from a dark parking lots- to unhoused individuals sleeping underneath the complex's crawlspace and basement floor on alley mattresses then you have f... read more
