If you like having to live in a complex with the worst behaved kids, negligent parents and inconsiderate neighbors then boy do I have the place for you!!! Honestly if you value your sanity, your family's, even the safety of your pets and belongings, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management all in all when it came to the typical everyday maintenance, they would respond fairly quickly and were one of the better apartment managers we've dealt with. I am so happy to be out of here!!! GC sucks!!!! Basement floods took them 3 days to come clean it. There is water discharging into the parking lot so dealing with ice last winter was a nightmare. Had 12 people living in the unit under me and when I complained about the noise level nothing was done. Trash all over the parking low, kids playing in the parking lot have almost hit them several times. Dogs are off leash. I was attacked by a dog while walking mine. TERRIBLE management!!! Dont let their posts and pictures deceive you. NO pool. It sits covered and not usable. Flooding in the basement with sewage back up often (our storage is down there too). They sent us an email that they want us tenants to crawl under the building to change our own furnace filters… which no one even knows which one theirs is. Air ducts are filthy.
