UPDATE! Spectrum is going to be in the area. I hope it does not affect Geneva on line. Spectrum is a terrible company with lousy customer service and repair time frames. When we had Spectrum in Waterford it gave us problems every other week. What a great company Geneva on line is. Kevin the owner is a great guy. I called them yesterday for an issue with a remote building I have that has weak wireless internet about a 100 feet from the house. I tried many different extenders that did not work that good. What a great company. Kevin the owner is a great guy. I called them yesterday for an issue with a remote building I have that has weak internet about a 100 feet from the house. I tried many different extenders that did not work that good. Kevin advised me to try the TPLINK DECO M5. I went from 12 megabytes per second to165 megabytes per second. Thanks Kevin. Love this company.
The team is great they do their best to come out and set up in a timely manner. Also I have not had any major issues with storms don't get me wrong nature does come through but they are a great company
They went out of their way to get us up and running on fiber optics. Highly recommended!
