G.P. Management is cold, heartless and money hungry. You are wasting your money buy renting from this low life so called company. No installation, poor quality.windows Frost inside and outside of the windows. Our bathroom fan has always left our walls wet. When walls are dry. You can see water making. Do not waste your money with this managment company. Apartments are nice but they are poorly managed. Any Maintenance request takes way to long to get fixed or the request goes unread and ignored. Issues with air conditioner (during the hottest times of summer) and washer/dryer system (had to use laundry mat for almost 2 months). When emailing about Maintenance request being ignored, they reported how they could not find which Apartment we were in and did not have record of tenancy. This place is a such a joke. Someone who helped me move in lost my only set of keys literally an hour after moving in (and of course on a holiday weekend). I contacted emergency maintenance, and they came over on a Saturday to have new keys made. Very friendly and helpful staff!
