Andrew at the front desk is awesome! He hooked us up with a beautiful room, and gave us recommendations for late night pizza! Wonderful experience. The Inn is beautiful and clean.
Wow! What a turnaround! This place is model and beautiful and now they have the food to match the amazing view! Had the Burrata appetizer and the Lamb Chops, they were amazing! Way to go finding an outstanding chef!!!
Such a beautiful place to stay. Staff were very courteous from arrival to departure. The view from our room was gorgeous. The room was clean and very comfortable. Just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. I highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

The place was dirty and unfriendly staff. Elevators and hallway looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in more than a week. Room glasses, mirrors & windows were covered in fingerprints. Very unimpressed and disappointed with our stay. It's a week later, and they're still holding money for in sequential's that never occurred. After trying to contact the manager several times she has not even attempted to get back to me. I would never say that this place again.
Service great! Had the suite with jacuzzi tub for two was soothing. Food was good. View of lake to die for and water so clear. Be back this summer.
Great food. Lousy service. I won't be back. Our water cups went empty several times. I was disappointed
