Quite disappointed with my time here, and I wont be coming here again. In late 2024, I got a neo-vintage IWC Big Pilot authenticated here prior to buying, paying $150 for the watchmaker to open it up and confirm it was real. While it was authenticated correctly, the watchmaker failed to disclose that it had a bunch of moisture in the movement and the watch was running very, very slow because of it. Nothing but good service time and time again from the owner. He has helped me authenticate numerous high-end pieces, and when the stakes are in the six-figure range and you want the best, he's your guy if you want a quality set of eyes on any timepiece. It could be sizing, service or authentication; Geneva is the place to go to for it all.
I recently had my rose gold watch band shortened. Then I had my 14 carat gold ring resized. In both cases, he did exactly what I wanted. Very affordable jeweler! Friendly & welcoming experience! I highly recommend the Geneva Group!!
