Have had a horrible experience the past 13 days of multiple errors in prescriptions, med lists and multiple phone calls and 3 day waits to get even a simple response. I believe it can be endangering the patient’s health at this point and while we love the doctor who switched to this practice and trust his care, we are horrified at the inability to get simple prescription information correct and the complete and totally unprofessional staff behavior. Time management sucks take forever to answer call bells
get doctors that know what's going on with a person treated me for one thing and it's not even that how you gonna say somone has colitis and primary doctor called and said it's 3 kidney stones how u miss 3 stones???
My husband went in for gallbladder surgery and then waited over two hours for him just to go in and you would think they would have more doctors to do this than one so others don’t sit and wait for hour on an empty stomach.. this is unhealthy in every way... wish they was another place to go or more doctors
Very interesting that I worked there for 38 years, and every recognization dinner I ever went to, retirees were recognized. I retired last year and bam nothing, amazing how quickly they forget you dedicated 38 years of your life to that place. So glad I left that place. GGH thanks for remembering this retiree. very disappointed with them. expected better. I have been going to Ovid location. the way they treated me was completely wrong.
