I am Doctor also I saw Dr. Rodriguez and he was very very attentive as well given his good care I was diagnosed and treated despite being outside of the field of cardiology, he did put the extra mile because that intervention I was properly diagnosed and my treatment was not delayed resulting in a better outcome !!!! Thank Doc , I owe you a big one.
For personal and other health reasons (not heart-related), I have chosen to stop going to a few of my specialists. This is one of them, yet they deserve a very high rating for medical care, service, professionalism and courtesy. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and doctors have come and gone. My most recent experiences have been with Yvonne Jolly being most memorable to me. I was very I'll and she and the rest of the staff took incredibly good care of me. Very disappointed with level of rudeness and disrepect from a long time employed select receptionist and lack of willingness to assist when not "ideal" situation arises. That receptionist will hang up on you so it becomes someone elses problem in front desk and no regard for it cutting into the patients work schedule/hrs they have to clock out for due to lack of resolution to an issue from this office and amount of time it took to get simple answers and assistance.
