i just got off the phone with the lady that was "helping" me. what a rude unprofessional person, once she realized I would not be able to refinance with them her attitude was terrible, she started judging me ( my financial situation is a bit difficult ) and giving her advice ( if I needed one I would call my lawyer ) well she not only lost a potential client, but I will tell anyone not to use their services, go to your bank, credit union or larger financial institution to get good services without judgment or simply nasty pe... read more
