I was sorry to see my previous doctor retire, but he referred me to Dr. Kahlon, and I am so very grateful for that. He gets right on things and has the best people, Anna and Bonnie, working with him. I’ve read reviews saying that the women in the office weren’t the best. However, these reviews are 4-5 years old. That certainly isn’t anywhere near what it is today! I feel at home when I’m there. Thank you, Folks!
My wife and I transitioned to Dr. Kahlon several years ago when our family docs retired. We couldn’t be happier. Family doctors have large patient rosters and a heavy paperwork load, so they need to move things along. We understand that and arrive for our respective appts well prepared. The receptionists, Anna and Bonnie, have been super polite and helpful in every interaction. We feel so fortunate to be in the care of this team!
Dr. Kahlon, is truly exceptional! Patient, attentive, and always willing to answer every question with care. I always feel heard and supported, and they take the time to find the best treatment plan. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommended. One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had.
Very surprised by the negative reviews! I have always had a great experience. Dr. Kahlon is always thorough and listens to addresses your concerns. The receptionists are amazing. Always helpful and triage patients to make sure urgent cases are seen, always trying to get you in sooner if able. I would highly recommend 👌
Listed under walk in clinic on Google. NOT A WALK IN CLINIC! The secretary told me it happens all the time! Maybe change your listing if you know it's INCORRECT. Nasty 'secretary' reminded me of Medusa, just as unpleasant! Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else if you need medical attention, this is NOT the place for you! Looks like it might be a front for a pull mill or something of the like, not a single patient in sight which is unheard-of in the Niagara Region. 🤷♂️
