The physicians and office manager truly care about their patients. Outstanding practice from start to end.
I saw Dr Dean today for a regular checkup, my first in 5 years. He was great, took his time, addressed my concerns and gave me an order for one test that i had never heard of. The girl at the front desk is great too. They have a Quest lab in the office.
My family and I have gone to Geneva Family Practice for years. My 2 sons went there until they were 18. My doctor is Dr Rivers. I don't understand the bad reviews I have seen here. My sons usually saw Dean and my husband and I see Dr Rivers and only a couple of times to Dean. I have never had a problem with any of the employees there. Dr Rivers is very knowledgeable and professional, not rude at all, answers any questions we have and is honest and to the point!
I have seen multiple Dr's at this location and have been coming here for about a year. I just had my first and last experience with Dr. Rivers. His rude demeanor and abhorrent attention to me as a patient were unacceptable. I will look elsewhere for medical care.
Love the physicians at Geneva Family Practice. Extremely caring and patient focused.
