Dr Rivers and Dean are both practical and thorough. Nurse was cordial. Front desk only acknowledges your presence.
I do not understand any negative reviews with this practice. I have been a patient of this practice for years. First with Dr. Fahey who is now retired and now with Dr. Rivers. Dr. Rivers is an excellent doctor who takes the time to go over everything with me and answer any questions I may have. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve been going to this practice since I was a child and I cannot believe the experience I had with their front desk on the phone. Apparently she works remotely at this practice. I called to get help with medical records and I was met with a rude and immature woman that spoke over me and then hung up on me. She made me feel stupid and was very condescending. The physicians and office manager truly care about their patients. Outstanding practice from start to end.
I saw Dr Dean today for a regular checkup, my first in 5 years. He was great, took his time, addressed my concerns and gave me an order for one test that i had never heard of. The girl at the front desk is great too. They have a Quest lab in the office.
