I saw Dr Dean today for a regular checkup, my first in 5 years. He was great, took his time, addressed my concerns and gave me an order for one test that i had never heard of. The girl at the front desk is great too. They have a Quest lab in the office.
My family and I have gone to Geneva Family Practice for years. My 2 sons went there until they were 18. My doctor is Dr Rivers. I don't understand the bad reviews I have seen here. My sons usually saw Dean and my husband and I see Dr Rivers and only a couple of times to Dean. I have never had a problem with any of the employees there. Dr Rivers is very knowledgeable and professional, not rude at all, answers any questions we have and is honest and to the point!
I have seen multiple Dr's at this location and have been coming here for about a year. I just had my first and last experience with Dr. Rivers. His rude demeanor and abhorrent attention to me as a patient were unacceptable. I will look elsewhere for medical care.
Love the physicians at Geneva Family Practice. Extremely caring and patient focused.
Dr. Fahey is the kindest and I’ve been seeing him for years. Called to make a visit and the front desk receptionist was absolutely horrendous. The most vile attitude I’ve ever experienced. So rude and unhelpful. Won’t be returning for this reason alone. Wish the rest of their staff valued patient care as much as the doctors do.
