I’ve been here one month. I was so happy to have a nice apartment with new appliances. Then the parking lot was repaved. We already only had one assigned parking spot which wasn’t a problem for me, but I knew that must have been difficult for households with several cars. When the parking lot was finished, they did not number the stalls. Because now there is not enough parking for all of the units, let alone a separate guest parking area. My boyfriend and have lived here since March of 2026. We love our neighbors and love our home . Laurel is a fantastic manager and grounds of property is keep up constantly.
