Considered moving into this location, however I was told their lease requires cats to be declawed?! "Declawing can cause paw pain, back pain, infection, tissue necrosis (tissue death) and lameness. Removing claws changes the way a cat's feet meet the ground and can cause pain like wearing an uncomfortable pair of shoes. Improperly removed claws can regrow, causing nerve damage and bone spurs." -The Humane Society. Sounds like Geneva Estates promotes animal cruelty. What a joke.

My boyfriend lived here for two years. Before he moved out, we DEEP cleaned the place until it was spotless. We even moved all appliances and cleaned/scrubbed underneath, which he was charged for after leaving. Almost $400 was taken out of his security deposit in cleaning fees and damage repairs, including a Re-Listing Fee. He was also charged for a single patio blind replacement for $110. Yikes I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pictures look nice but the apartment are not! The management is in your business and the hall's are dirty. I'm definitely not a fan, this is my opinion. Talk to the residents...
My partner and I lived here for four years! We had nothing short of a great experience, and Laurel was always attentive anytime we needed anything. I noticed a poor review posted before mine, and I did want to point out that I did not notice any of those issues in the four years we lived here. The halls were always kept tidy, and I never thought management was over bearing in any way. We moved out this past weekend only because we found a house. We would’ve been happy to stay for years to come otherwise.
