We were wildly disappointed in our New Year’s Eve 4-course dinner which we reserved for our anniversary. Our reservation was for 7:30 p.m., and we were seated promptly by no later than 7:35. However, by 8:30 p.m., we had received only our drinks and the first course. During this extended wait, no bread or interim offering was provided, which made the pacing feel ill timed. Juels went above and beyond to make our Christmas dinner enjoyable.
Highly recommend this chophouse — it has truly never failed us. We’ve been coming here for Christmas for the past three years, and every single time it impresses. The food is consistently excellent, the quality never disappoints, and the staff is always warm, professional, and attentive. It’s become a holiday tradition for us, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Great food, great service, and a great experience every time.
I will start off by saying we had an amazing night at the Grand Geneva and dinner at the Chophouse on Monday night. My family have eaten at this restaurant multiple times a year for many many years and while there have been a couple of hiccups, the food, service and atmosphere have always managed to be on point and Monday was no exception.
