RecommendedI had recently received an estimate for removing a bunch of scratches on my car from my local dealer/service station for over $1,500. I brought my car to CARSTAR this morning, Rob Fulcher looked at the scratches, spent less than 10 minutes using a liquid product on them and they were GONE! No charge. Horrible customer service. Failed communication on completion of the vehicle. I went 31 days without my vehicle because they just wanted to collect a check. They also used a whee from a wrecked vehicle and put it on mine. They claimed they ordered a used one, but even so, it shouldn’t have scuffs and blemishes on the wheel. The manager just wanted to get my money and get me off his property. They also left used parts in my backseat and tools under my hood. I have no idea how this place is considered MOPAR Certified. I brought my 2018 Ram in for damage to my driver side door, and their estimator wanted to fix it the cheap way...using heat. FCA (Fiat Chrysler) states that heat is NOT to be used to repair their body panels. Google it. I sure did. I knew this guy was a hack when he says “I’ve been in the business 30 years...blah blah blah” and just wanted me to trust his cheap methods. RecommendedHighly recommend them. Had someone hit my car door with there door. It was a case of he said she said and a battle of the insurance. Took my car straight to Gobels and he talked to the insurance company and got them to pay for it. Did a great job.

RecommendedThe staff at Carstar is great! My car took a pretty significant hit and they made it look brand new. Dina is wonderful and keeps you informed every step of the way. Hopefully won’t need them again anytime soon but if the unfortunate happens I know where I’m going.
