RecommendedI have had three tests. The first was positive followed by one negative and waiting on my third to verify I am now negative. The first was labeled wrong by the site. The wonderful representatives on the phone have helped me fix the problem. When receiving my positive, the caller was very caring and made sure I was okay upon hearing the results. Thank you for all your hard work during this difficult time. I live in Florida and things are a bit crazy here right now. Nice to have a lab that is so very helpful.
They sent me another patients lab results which I believe is a HIPPA violation. Got tested 6/25 and still don’t have my own results.
Answer the phones and give people their test results from over a week ago!
