Great staff, very friendly and fast. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, signs will guide you to the elevators if you enter though the bottom level doors like I did.
I can’t say anything about this clinic but I just spent 5 months with 3rd and 4th degree burns and every different harborview clinic I was seen at the incompetence was Huge but the condescending rudeness from every single nurse I interacted with in 5 months was off the charts it is really sad to see anyone act the way these people do if you could go to another hospital by all means do so.
I do not recommend this provider. The registration representatives need training in treating patients with respect and dignity.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for days and days with no one answering their phones. Broken system
