I’ve come across some kind people in my years of renting commercial properties, but kind is the floor for Cynthia. She has been beyond considerate, accommodative, and helpful. Cynthia Littlejohn’s demeanor, ability to make the process painless and on call at anytime alone made it easy to choose this warehouse over the other similar contenders. If you’re looking into this company, youre in good hands, and if you get Cynthia assigned to you, you’re in great.
Cynthia was professional, responsive, and very supportive during our warehouse search. Although we couldn’t move forward with the property due to technical requirements on our end, she genuinely tried to help us find solutions. We really appreciated her communication and commitment.
Update from their response- I was never late on my rent payments yet they refuse to take off the unauthorized charge! With no reasoning. The manager is as nasty as they come! This has been such a terrible experience, I’m counting the days our lease is over. This was the biggest mistake we’ve ever made and have been in business for over 7 years. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The “manager” is the worse human being on the face of this earth! They misuse tenants money, they add on late fees when you are not even late! And refuse to take off the charges. As a tenant I’m needing to get my attorney involved on the misuse of funds. Not to mention they tried to serve an eviction notice to my neighbor and listed my unit on the eviction mistakenly! These people do such unlawful crimes it’s crazy they are even in business!
