I recently had to move my business due to change of management from my old location that I’ve been at over 10years.. I found Genet property group from a surprised text from loop website seen this location and from start to finish the lease was stream lined and immediate Cynthia Littlejohn (realtor for the group) was accessible and cordial after my move in I had problem with the AC Joselyn (property management) took care of it expeditiously I am very happy with my new location and so are my clients
Great experience renting my warehouse space with them. The whole process was easy and straightforward from the beginning, and they’ve always been responsive whenever I’ve had a question or needed something. The property is well maintained, and overall everything has been smooth since I moved in. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a commercial space.
