Absolutely awful! Where do I start? Francis has horrible people skills not to mention Nancy, they speak to people like they have with no respect and use intimidation tactics, consistently,The owner needs to revamp his staff. I’ve been doing business for several years, Genet is the absolute worst staff I’ve had to interact with. Thinking any 5 stars on here is from the actual staff to boost ratings. I also have other persons occupying warehouses/units from them and the complaint is quite consistent.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This has been, by far, the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. The office staff is extremely rude and shows a complete lack of professionalism. They often resort to intimidation tactics and try to bully residents into compliance. After speaking with our neighbors, we found out that they’ve also been having issues with the same lady her attitude and constant complaints are extremely rude. She gets upset over absolutely everything. We should’ve never rented here if it was only going to bring us problems.

I’m writing this review because communicating with the person who has been “helping” us is quite frustrating — their attitude and responses are often unpleasant. It feels as if we’re asking for favors every time we reach out for help or a solution to a problem. We rented a warehouse from them 4 months ago because we are in the business of selling food trailers. Before renting, we asked if this type of business was allowed, and they said yes.
