Wonderful kind ladies. My daughter was more relaxed than I've ever seen her!
Most of these reviews seem to be about the ER. The lab itself is wonderful. I've never had much of a wait and everyone in the lab has been wonderful.
The lab techs are very efficient, and get you in and out
SMH I've never had the trouble like I have here, heaven forbid you have allergies or a smokers cough... they are going to try to test you for covid and then your not allowed to ask follow up questions pertaining to Covid or you will receive a stern letter because your questioning their procedure, like we are just to be ok with everything they say and believe it's in our best interest... that's when you really need to worry! And the 1st test they did, we never got any results from the test, so what really going on?
I came here not knowing where to go at all so I'm just looking for the right place to go and the security guard at the doors was very nice and told me where to go, as soon as I got the second floor today at 3:20 pm I was standing in line so I could just ask a question I didn't have an appointment or anything and she yelled at me saying that if I have an appointment to sign in and go sit down there are people here before you that have been waiting and then got called up 2 minutes later and asked my question and then left this... read more
