RecommendedCould be better! But Dr Ittner is pretty good at what she does
3 hour and 45 minute wait. There were many patients there for drug testing by their employer. Everyone was funneled in as the same. If there was a nurse that concentrated on only the drug testing , I believe everything would have moved quicker.....so did the construction workers! Glad my daughter's symptoms weren't worse. We were in the area camping. Wish we would have known better!!
Very professional medical staff
Had to call 5times to get a prescription refilled. After the 4th call I asked that they call me... of course they didn’t, I had to play phone tag to get anywhere. Mind you I had stents put in about a month ago, and need all the medications that have been prescribed. Almost ran out of the one due to incompetence! Will be changing doctors ASAP!!

No complaints here with the Burton location. More like 4.5 stars! The front desk Staff were friendly and accommodating, as were the nursing staff. The Doctor was Awesome, and his assistant seemed a bit on the shy side, however, they were both wonderful. Thank you for giving me such great care.
