I made an appointment with Dr. Hilton in April for July 22nd at 2:30pm. I went to the office July 16th to have blood drawn in advance for my physical . I confirmed my appointment with Dr Hilton at this time. A couple days before my appointment I received an automated text to confirm an appointment with a Dr Hogan at 3pm, July 22nd. Apparently it's not a HIPPA violation to ask a patient in front of a waiting room full of patients what they need to be seen for while standing at the front window!!! I find that inappropriate! Also it's okay that I drove up their for an appointment only to be told that they were supposed to call to let me know my appointment wasn't necessary for a follow up, but they were too busy to call!!
