My experience with Dr Dion Forstner was quite limited throughout most of my treatment – he was often not present, and interactions felt rushed. Obtaining any increase in pain management was extremely difficult. It typically took 3-5 days for a new prescription to be approved, which was very challenging while enduring constant pain from head and neck radiation treatment. Polite, friendly and a pleasant waiting room. I was very worried to have to undergo treatment. But it was a dream. All the staff, from the technicians to nurses and front staff made it so. Even humorous when appropriate. I should add that after the treatment, the doc rang me when I emailed a question to them. Five star.
Just finished 6 weeks of treatment at Darlinghurst Centre. Dion, Nursing, Dietician team, reception and staff operating equipment have been amazing. They have looked after me extremely well and made a difficult time for me much easier to deal with. The staff at the Genisis centre have made the 30 sessions fly past by being amazingly friendly and kind.
