DO NOT Trust this company, had CANCER treatments in Vero Beach - Dr Byer, completed and paid in full, then they came after me for MORE money, told them no ( already paid in full ) and now they are taking me to collection. Lousy company.

Cynthia LeeAnn Rogers Niccum is simply a bad person, she had no business going into personal matters that had nothing to do with patient care, due to her disgusting off color remarks we are moving to report you all to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else we can think of to make this right.

If I could give the zero stars I would!!! These thieves stole $345.59 from my 82 year old mother! They threaten to take her to collections if she didn't pay, she did not know that Medicaid had already paid this bill. They kept calling her treating her if she didn't pay she was scared and paid again! I have called and called and called they acknowledged that they were paid by Medicaid and that she was owed a refund and that she would get the refund in approximately 6 to 8 weeks and NOTHING! Phone staff is horrible I called twice a Heather answered the first time and a Kelly answered the second time I was calling from a doctors office about a mutual patient and they rudely hung up on me without even letting me get a word out .
