I have had amazing care at Genesis and all the staff have been wonderful and taken time to hear my needs and questions. My only complaint is the horrible phone service. It sounds like it's an internet phone system and the reception makes it nearly impossible to hear and understand anyone. PLEASE look into this and get a different phone system. This doesn't represent you well at all. That said- THANK YOU ALL FOR WONDERFUL CARE🌸

I had an appointment for 11/27/23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:20 am and was asked what time my appointment was. When I replied 8:30 am. the nurse told me to sit and wait. At 9:00am I went back to the front desk and asked when I would see the doctor. I was told the doctor was not present at that time. I left. I was called later and told I had shown up at the wrong time.I could come back at 2:00pm that afternoon and DR. Sullivan would see me. I did not return the call. Dr. Sullivan is a horrible human being. She should not be practicing medicine. She has zero compassion and lacks empathy for her patients. She isn't concerned about her patients at all . She cares only about how much money she can bill the insurance company for her botched radiation sessions. Patient beware; Genesis has declared bankruptcy and the corporation will be taken over shortly. Avoid MD Sullivan at all costs if you value your life.

Dr. Natalie Sullivan is highly competent, a good listener, and genuinely cares about her patients. She perfectly described every step of the four-month radiation process so there were no surprises. Bottom line, Mom’s skin cancer is cured. Additionally, Dr. Sullivan’s team of technicians was a pleasure to work with.

My father Terry recently completed his treatments at GenesisCare. He asked me to write a review because he loved the staff so much. They made the experience relaxing and put me at ease. He would like to give “special kudos” to Christine, Kristina, Travis, and Jeremy!
